Your order ID is in the confirmation email sent after you place an order. It starts with "ORD-" followed by the date and a number.
Tracking updates are sent via WhatsApp automatically. You can also check this page anytime to see the latest status. Updates typically happen within 24 hours of each status change.
Orders can be modified within 24 hours of placement if not yet in production. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp to discuss changes or cancellation. Custom orders are generally non-refundable once handcrafting begins.
Standard ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Custom orders take 5-10 business days for handcrafting, then 1-2 days for final quality check before shipping.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery, we will contact you via WhatsApp with updates. Rare delays are due to weather, customs, or courier issues beyond our control. We will keep you informed throughout.
