For made-to-order pieces a 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% is collected on delivery. For ready-to-ship items full payment is required upfront.

Store in the pouch

Use the pouch included with your order. Loose storage can snag the beads.

Apply before wearing

Put on perfume and lotions before your jewelry. Chemicals and oils damage beads.

Wipe gently

Clean with a dry soft cloth only. Never soak or scrub the beads.

Yes. We ship across Kenya using trusted courier partners. Most counties receive within 5-7 business days. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Our rider calls ahead. If you cannot receive the delivery we reschedule for a time that suits you at no extra charge.

We send WhatsApp updates at every stage - confirmed, dispatched and out for delivery. You can also check status at sharoncraft.co.ke/track-order.

30 days from the date you receive your order. Message us on WhatsApp within this window and we will resolve it quickly.

Yes. We are happy to exchange for a different piece of equal or higher value. Contact Sharon on WhatsApp to arrange. We cover Nairobi collection at no cost.

Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos. We replace or refund within 5 business days at absolutely no cost to you.

Ready-to-ship orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing. Made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun as they are crafted specifically for you.

Yes - if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. The deposit is non-refundable only if you cancel after production has begun.

Yes. All SharonCraft orders include our signature tissue wrap and branded pouch. Gift message cards are available on request - just mention it in your order notes.
