SharonCraft uses WhatsApp as our primary customer communication channel. When you place an order or contact us:

• Sharon personally reads and replies to every message

• We never add you to broadcast lists without your permission

All payment transactions are handled directly through M-Pesa, bank transfer or cash. We do not store full payment details on our servers.

• Payment method used

• M-Pesa confirmation code for order verification only

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. We take the following measures to protect your information:

• All data is encrypted at rest and in transit
• Access to customer data is restricted to Kelvin Mark, Founder
• Passwords are never stored in plain text
• We use HTTPS encryption on all pages
• Regular security reviews are conducted

How long we keep your data

• Order records: 7 years, required by Kenyan tax law
• Account data: as long as your account is active
• Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe
• Communication history: 2 years
