A detailed quote including price, timeline and deposit amount is sent to your WhatsApp within 2 hours.
Production begins
Once you confirm and pay your deposit your piece is crafted and delivered with a photo check.

Pricing
50% of the agreed price is required to begin production. The remaining 50% is paid on delivery.
M-Pesa is the primary method. We also accept cash on delivery in Nairobi and bank transfer. All amounts are in Kenyan Shillings.
Yes. You can order custom and in-stock pieces together. They will be dispatched when everything is ready.
Timeline
Most pieces are ready in 5-7 business days. Larger or more complex pieces may take up to 10 days. Our team confirms your exact timeline in the quote.
Yes. You can specify a target date in the request. Our design desk will let you know if the timeline is feasible before accepting the deposit.
Quality
Yes. We send photos of your completed piece on WhatsApp before dispatch. You confirm you are happy before it leaves the studio.
We will adjust or remake the piece until you are satisfied. Your happiness is not negotiable for us.
Delivery
Yes. We ship Kenya-wide. Delivery times and fees outside Nairobi will be included in your quote.
Yes. We handle custom corporate gifting and bulk orders. Timelines and discount structures will be provided upon review.
